This Hotelier-Pair have lived and worked at numerous famous Hotels all over the world, namely: Atlantik (Hamburg), Montreux Palace (Switzerland), Plaza Athenee (Paris), Gleneagles (Scottland), Michelangelo (NY) as well as the "Pretty Woman" Hotel (Regent Beverly Wilshire – L.A.). From their experiences they have obtained a love of detail and an ability to practice simplicity of service – their motto being: "Less is more".
